• Means to pay your first 4 weeks rent and one-time administration fee. We accept cash, debit, MasterCard, and Visa
• Lock for your individual space (these are available for sale at each location)
• Time (15-20 minutes) to fill out the paperwork (rental agreement & tenant information)
