Spaces are rented on a 4-week rolling rental basis. Every four weeks your payments will automatically come due. It does not matter on which day of the month you begin your tenancy.

If you choose to rent for a period of one year and pay the year up front, the last 4 weeks of your yearly billing period are free and you are not subject to any rent increases during the year period.
