COVID-19 Information and Update

We wanted to reach out during this health emergency to provide some information on the steps we are taking at this time, including what we are asking of both our staff and our customers, to help mitigate risk to everyone.

Increased Cleaning
We have increased our cleaning efforts across all locations, with particular focus on high-touch surfaces such as entrance doors, counters and washrooms. Our staff has been equipped with additional disinfectant and sanitizing products recommended as effective against the virus.

Operational Hours
In an effort to keep our staff and customers safe, while supporting the government’s efforts on social distancing, effective Monday, March 23rd we will be reducing our hours to 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Saturday at most locations, until further notice. A complete list of locations and hours is found at the bottom of this notice. As more information becomes available and/or more changes made, we will provide our customers with as much notice, and information, as possible.

Remote Payment Options
To aid in the government’s recommendation of social distancing and to support our cleaning efforts, we strongly encourage clients to seek one of the following payments options to reduce the need to visit our office any more than necessary:

Online/Telephone Banking: to set up online banking you can add “R. Paul Martin Construction Co. Ltd.” as a payee to your bank’s bill payments system, then reference your account number found on your invoice or receipt. If you are having trouble locating your account number, you can call our office to have them help you.

Online Credit Card: customers can logon to our website and click on the “pay online” box on the home page and then select the site you store with. You will be asked to “create an account”, which will then ask for your gate access code or the phone number on file, along with our unit number in order to confirm your identity.

Direct Withdrawal (ACH): our staff can send a copy of our Pre-Authorized Debit form that can be filled out in just a couple of minutes and return back to our office with a void cheque or direct withdrawal form from your banking institution. Regular rental payments will then come directly out of your account when due.

Automatic Credit Card: to arrange for rent payments to be paid automatically on your credit card, you can simply call our office, provide the credit card information to our staff over the phone, and let them know you would like to be enrolled for this payment method.

Limit Non-Essential Traffic
Finally, we would ask that all customers carefully consider limiting any non-essential trips to our facilities. Keeping visits to an absolute minimum will reduce the risk for all. If you feel that it is necessary to visit in person, please ensure to wash your hands prior to arrival and keep your visit as brief as possible.
